We feel very lucky to have Aubin Commereuc as our chef here at The Plough.
Aubin studied at the prestigious culinary school Lycée hôtelier Yvon Bourges in Dinard, France spending three years in an intensive and comprehensive programme in classic French culinary techniques.
Aubin will be working with local suppliers to ensure we are using the best quality produce possible. As we move into the winter we will be offering a more hearty and warming menu using seasonal produce.
